Our team specializes in preventing and rehabilitating injuries, especially ACL injuries. We know how to train you the proper way, with effective warm-ups and proper recovery, protecting your muscles and your body from short-term and long-term damage.
Recovery can come in many forms, whether it be myofascial release, massage therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, or other methods. We work with you to provide the recovery method that will help relax, reset, and recharge your muscles to avoid or treat injuries.
